Culturing Vessel Details
Salinity:  1.021
Temperature:  Room Temp

Vessel description:  1.75 liter juice bottle. Top of bottle sealed with parfilm. With rigid airline poked through. 
Lighting description: Single CFL bulb
Lighting cycle:  14 on 10 off. 
Aeration description:  med- heavy boil. 

Methodologies
Split methodology: Will Split once culture becomes dark green. Will use just enough to tint the new culture just a light green. 

Culture medium description: 
Aged Saltwater sterilized with bleach at 2ml per 1.75 liter container for minimum 24 hours. Then used stock sodium thio at 2ml per 1.75 liter container to dechlorinate. Then added 10 drops of Florida Aqua Farms Micro Algae Grow ( total of 18 drops) per liter.
