Notes:
I have about 12 available, they are mostly male with a couple females, they are 6th generation captive breed. These are breed from male stock I bred and female stock I got from another breeder. They are light colored, mostly yellow, a couple appear to be a brownish, dark red color, but their colors will change, but usually stay in the same shade. The male parants are yellow shaded the female are brown, the grandparents were red.
They are eating frozen mysis and are trained to eat at a feeding station through a tube, so you don't have to fill the tank with food to feed them. These are for an experienced person, perferably who already have seahorses. They will be good to mix up your blood line.
They are not good for reef tanks, most corals will eat them. They would hitch and if stung, they actually grip harder instead of releasing.
They are good strong swimmers but need calm areas to rest. They are a community fish, and do need more than 1 to thrive. A pair would need at least a 29 gallon tank.
They can reach from 4-8" in length.
