My LFS sell them as river shrimp and gave me them to see if I could raise them for feeding juvenille fish. Their kept in brackish water at the LFS but I've got them at 1.021 and their doing fine. I have 6 gravid females and some eggs have already hatched, so I put in some rots and phyto.
