Over the past two months I have lost to of my proven females. One a Darin and the other An Ocellaris.I have been unable to find females to add back to the pairs. What are my other options? Thanks Mark

You can find juveniles to pair with the males and wait for the male to female change to occur.

That can still happen even if the males have been dads for years?

Yes. In the wild it's the natural hierarchy. They are protandrous hermaphrodites.

Thank you... Am I correct in thinking males can be mature at one year/ And how long does it take a male to change into a female? Thanks Mark

I've heard males can be mature as young as 8 months. Not sure on the male/female change.
