Culturing Vessel Details
Temperature:	Ranges from 55 to 75 ° F

Vessel Description:	Various. Ranges in volume from 500 ml flask to 40 gallon Brute container.
Lighting:	Some are grown in my phyto station with fluorescent lights, others in the attached greenhouse, where the sun is the only light source.
Lighting Schedule:	In the phyto station, it is 16H on / 8H off. In the greenhouse it is natrual daylight cycle.

Methodologies
Feeding Tactics/Medium:	Best results come from copious live Isochrysis regularly. Can also feed on preserved phyto products such as RGComplete.
Split Cycle:	Actively growing cultures can have appx. 1/4 of them harvested daily, with the water removed replaced with new saltwater of the same salinity.
Split Yield:	Variable
Number of Cultures:	Various. Probably 4 right now.
Number of Splits:	Innumerable.
Density:	Not measured.
Harvest Methology:	Siphon or scoop water out of the culture container and dump into the vessel with the fish you wish to feed them to.
Adjustments Made:	Aside from the temperature, salinity, light source, photoperiod, food type and quantity, and amount of harvesting (all documented above and in the journal), none.

Other Information:	Co-cultures can be separated by sieving the co-culture through a 520 micron sieve. Only adult Moina will be retained.
